We do on occasion run shipping discounts. Be sure to join our mailing list or Facebook page to see what current discounts are offered.

We take pride in our expedited shipping at no additional cost to you! All shipments go out within 24 hrs Monday thru Friday. If your order is placed on Friday it will go out the next business day. In most cases if ordered before 1pm central time your shipment will go out same business day,

UPS is our prefered shipper. For smaller orders we sometimes will use USPS.

Yes, once your order is fulfilled you will receive a tracking number.

We do not allow changes. Once the order is placed its sent to the warehouse for fulfillment to ensure we can get your order to as quick as possible.

Yes, all tumblers come in a plain box. Straws are included with most cups and are indicated in the description.

Yes, local pickup is available.

Yes, Sezzle is offered with a minimum purchase of $35 or more. We also offer Shop Pay and Paypal.
