Exchange Policy
Midwest Tumblers offers a 10 day exchange policy on damaged items only. If your item is out of stock we will offer you a credit or replace it with an item of equal or lesser value. All item(s) are inspected prior to shipping for accuracy and damage. Return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be eligible for up to 10 days from purchase with an approved RMA. Returns must be free of damage, in the original box and shipped within 3 business days.The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. Once the item(s) are received Midwest Tumblers will inspect the item(s), the refund status will be relayed to the buyer. We recommend using a shipping company with tracking. A 5% restocking fee will be charged. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund. Please make sure you follow the RMA instructions sent to you.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, you must adhere to the terms listed above The item(s) must be in the same condition as received and unused, and also must contain and be in the original packaging. If the item is damaged or incorrect we will send out a replacement at no extra cost to you once the item is returned to us. To start your return/exchange send an email to Support@midwesttumblers.com .
